Universal Brush Sanding Kit

We are pleased to anounce the availability of our Universal Brush Sanding Kit. This kit is designed to use up to 140mm Flex Trim brushes(not included) with a 1" spindle. It has a fully enclosed fan cooled variable speed reversible motor(1/2HP or 1HP) 260-1000 RPM operating range. Speed/direction controller is mounted on the motor. It comes with the power cord and 110v outlet plug.

The dust hood has a 4 inch outlet and indexes 360 degrees.The motor mount pivots and indexes for full 360 degree mounting. A single hex key is the only tool needed to change the brushes.

This is a kit. The customer is responsible for all guarding and E-stops.Model and Toolmaking is not in control of how the unit is set up, mounted or used and therefore does not accept resposibility for damages or injuries resulting from the operation of these units. 1/2HP costs $1850.00 plus shipping. 1HP costs $2000.00 plus shipping. The spindle shaft is available for $125.00. It fits a 5/8" (.625") motor shaft and accepts a 1"X 140mm brush head.
